Any vegetable is tasteless without tomato, but if the vegetable is of tomato, then what to say about the taste that will come in the taste, then let’s say that stuffed tomato is a tasty vegetable and it becomes very tasty and quick.
2 tbsp cottage cheese
2 boiled potatoes
salt as per
taste red chili powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
1 pinch asafoetida
2 tbsp oil
Cut the tomato from above and remove the seeds and pulp from inside. Peel and mash the potatoes.
Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds. Add asafoetida. Add the pulp inside the tomato. Add salt as per taste. Add turmeric. Add red chili powder as per taste. Add cottage cheese and potatoes as well. Cook until the mixture dries. Turn off the heat
Now fill the top of the mixture inside the tomato. Heat oil in a flat bottom pot. Then add the filled tomatoes, a few drops of oil over the tomatoes. Cook all around. Keep the heat low.
Serve stuffed tomatoes with roti.
