Today I’m sharing the sort of chic fall outfit that looks complex and sophisticated from far away, but is one of the most effortless, simple outfits up close!
During the fall and winter, I take every opportunity I can to dress in head-to-toe black. It creates such a solid foundation for an outfit, and makes adding pops of pattern or color that much easier. For example, this fabulous Herringbone coat from Nordstrom. It’s by the Nordstrom brand, Treasure & Bond, and the silhouette reads more like a menswear blazer, which makes it a totally unique winter jacket.
The Herringbone pattern is so crisp and looks amazing against the rest of this otherwise very minimal look. FRAME straight leg black jeans, a sleek black turtleneck, and women’s loafers with a short heel from Sam Edelman create a chic blank canvas that this jacket can stand out against. Plus, there’s no wrong way to wear loafers—one of the easiest shoes to style are black loafers during fall and winter because they go with literally everything!
I love this look from Nordstrom and you can recreate the entire thing by shopping this post!
